Class Description:
The McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release Technique ® (MSTR®) is an amazing advancement in the treatment of scar tissue and is changing people’s
lives. Lise Waugh, LMT C-IAYT, is a member of the MSTR® International Instructor Team.
One Day classes are held regularly at The Metta Center in Bellingham and offer a combination of lecture and hands on practicum. Participants qualify for 7 NCBTMB. Class size is limited due to COVID and covid protocols are strictly followed. Classes will be added by request.

The hats worn include: Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), Structural Yoga Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist Thai Massage Practitioner & Teacher, Bowenwork Therapist and McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release Practitioner and Teacher. As a Lifetime Student of the Human Form I have been drawn to the dissection lab with Gil Hedley many times and quite enjoy attending classes and surrounding myself with people who are likewise learning. I am a Bellingham native who spent 30 years in the middle living other places, honing skills and living life. My passion is travel, and until COVID did much of that. Now, learning how to be more content here, at home.
