In this class you will learn the anatomy and physiology of scars and their remodeling process, the how's and why's to treat various types of scars- including hidden scars (internal adhesions, underlying fibrous tissue, scars that do not leave a mark on the skin.) Your palpation skills will be enhanced through the process of identifying layers, as pertains to the various types of scars. In addition to the time in class, your tuition pays for ongoing support, certification upon completing case studies, and updated information as research yields new facts.
