What is Structural Integration Anyway?

About the Class: In this lively presentation Rolfing® Structural Integration instructor will lead a conversation about the nature and importance of considering structure and integration in all forms of bodywork. We will define and discuss what structure is and means in the context of bodywork. We will also delve into the question of what integration is and how we can perceive it with our observation and senses.

About the Presenter: Russell Stolzoff has been a Rolfing® Structural Integration practitioner since 1998. He is the owner of Rolfing® Works LLC and a senior instructor at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute where he is one of only 11 instructors worldwide to teach the Advanced Rolfing Certification training.

As a teacher he is passionate about helping practitioners to develop their skills in order to become more precise and effective. As a practitioner he is continually striving to improve his own understanding of the body and his ability to help clients live more comfortably in their bodies.
